Peter Andre has yet again addressed the size of his manhood being dragged into the Wagatha Christie court case when Rebekah Vardy compared it to a 'chipolata'.

The singer, 49, was quizzed about the awkward moment during an appearance on Friday's Loose Women episode, but Peter brushed off the comments.

He said he was fed up of Rebekah's remark, which was first made 18 years ago, being brought up 'again and again' as he admitted that everyone has said 'stupid things'.

Controversy: Peter Andre has yet again addressed when the size of his manhood was dragged into the Wagatha Christie court case when Rebekah Vardy compared it to a 'chipolata'

Kaye Adams first raised the topic on the ITV panel show, saying to Peter: 'Peter Andre brushes off questions on Rebekah Vardy's 'chipolata' remarks. I'm sorry, I've got to bring this up.'

To which Peter replied: 'Are you asking me to address the elephant in the room?'

Diffusing the tension, he then humorously added: 'Hang on, did I just say elephant? I think we should leave it right there actually.'

But he went on to admit he is tired of Rebekah's comments being brought up, telling  the Loose Women panel:  'It's not the fact that something was said, because we all say stupid things. It's because it's brought up again and again and again, at some point you kind of go "OK".

'It becomes more than just that. OK, we all say stupid things, everyone does. I'm sure I've said many stupid things in my life.'

Comments: Rebekah told London's High Court that she regretted comparing Peter's private member to a 'chipolata' in a kiss-and-tell newspaper interview in 2004

Earlier this month, he took to Instagram to express his annoyance after the size of his manhood was dragged into Rebekah's court case with Coleen Rooney.

Rebekah told London's High Court that she regretted comparing Peter's private member to a 'chipolata' in a kiss-and-tell newspaper interview in 2004.

He said he managed to see the funny side of the manhood reference after the comments were referenced while Rebekah gave evidence.

But the TV personality said that despite his positive stance, there would outrage if a man had made a similar slur about a woman's anatomy.

Brushing it off: He said he was fed up of the comment, which was first made 15 years ago, being brought up 'again and again' as he admitted that everyone has said 'stupid things'

'I'll be laughing about it for a while, but think about how it would feel if it was the other way around, that's all I'm saying,' he said in a video.

He captioned the footage: 'Here I was this morning sat in my robe feeling like I had to say something. Feel free to come to your own conclusion.

'Just a couple of things first. Sorry to Emily and the children that have had to see and hear some not very nice things...

'You all know I like to take the p*** out of myself but maybe I felt a bit vulnerable this morning. Love from an Aussie Brit Greek.'

Reaction: Earlier this month, he took to Instagram to express his annoyance after the size of his manhood was dragged into the Wagatha Christie court case

In the video itself, he said: 'Hi everyone. Seeing as I haven't had much of a say in this, and just let everyone have a laugh and whatever, whatever, I'm just going to put it out.

'15 years this has been going on and I kept quiet and I didn't say anything, and I let everyone have their laugh and I let everyone say what they wanted to say.

'Okay yes, now, [Vardy] gone to court and admitted that the story was made up, and she did that because her ex-husband forced her to do it.

'Fair enough, but put that all aside and just think how it feels that if a man, or if I had said this, about her anatomy, or a man said something about a woman's anatomy, and made up something, whatever, I don't know - you can use your imagination of saying something very unflattering.

'There would be outrage, there would absolute outrage. But because it's been said about me, its been the butt of all jokes, I've took it for 15 years.' [sic].

He continued: 'You know some of you are gonna go, 'oh get over it, don't say anything whatever'. You've got to understand, what's even worse is it's brought up in a High Court, and the lawyer is bringing it up... and it's brought up again. And the only one that sits there and takes hit after hit about it is me.

'And I just I'll be laughing about it for a while, but think about how it would feel if it was the other way around, that's all I'm saying.

'Okay yes, I think we all know now it's just a made-up story fine, fine, fine. But it's a little bit more serious than that.

'And I think it's not fair that something like this can happen again and again and again and we talk about all sorts of things, about mental health, about being kind and about all that sort of stuff, and nothing seems to change. So you know, there you go.'

Amused: He said he has managed to see the funny side of the manhood reference after the comments were referenced during Rebekah and Coleen Rooney's court case

Fury: The TV personality took to Instagram to say that despite his positive stance, there would outrage if a man had made a similar slur about a woman's anatomy

And in unearthed quotes, Peter insisted his manhood is a full eight inches in size - in fact, the same as his Sky+ remote.

Talking to OK! magazine back in 2007, while still married to Katie Price - who famously once referred to it as an 'acorn' - he said: 'I'm proud of it! It's the size of the Sky remote control - I've measured it.'

It comes after Rebekah told London's High Court that she regretted comparing Peter's private member to a 'chipolata' in 2004.

The wife of Jamie Vardy said she had been 'forced' to take part in the 2004 News Of The World article by her ex-husband.

Rebekah was being cross examined by Mrs Rooney's lawyer David Sherborne, when he asked her if she respected people's privacy, to which she replied: 'Yes, I do.'

Evidence: Rebekah said in court she regretted comparing Peter's private member to a 'chipolata' and said she had been 'forced' to take part in the 2004 News Of The World article

He then asked her questions about an interview she gave to the News Of The World about her claimed sexual encounter with singer Peter Andre.

Sherborne showed what appeared to an A3 print out of the article to Rebekah in the witness box before reading the headline: 'Peter's hung like a small chipolata, shaved, slobbery, lasts five minutes.'

The barrister read excerpts from the article, in which it was claimed Andre had managed 'just five minutes of sex with Rebekah' and in which she said he had 'the smallest trouser equipment I've ever seen' that was like a 'miniature chipolata'.

Sherborne suggested to Rebekah that the News Of The World was the 'highest circulating newspaper at the time', read by some four million people, and asked her whether it was 'respectful' of Peter's 'right not to share this information'.

She replied: 'I was forced into a situation by my ex-husband to do this. It is something that I deeply regret... It is not nice to read and I understand why this is being used and to me this is mudslinging and I was also threatened with mudslinging by Rooney's team.'

But in an exclusive interview with The Mail on Sunday, Rebekah's ex-husband Steve Clarke denied that he 'forced' her into doing the interview about Peter.

He claimed  the decision to tell all to the tabloid was Rebekah's alone after she spotted an appeal in the newspaper for stories about contestants in a forthcoming series of ITV's I'm A Celebrity.

'Becky said to me, "Oh look, I should tell them about Peter Andre",' he said. 'I asked her why she would want to do that and she replied that it would be a bit of money for her and it would be funny. I told her she should do whatever she wanted to do.'
